FORMALLY created in 1988, F.M. Swigard, Inc., initially did business as a franchisee of the Windermere Corporation. The company became an independent brokerage in 1993, and our name became Premiere Property Services. Premiere offers full service property management, including leasing, maintenance, and Accounts Receivable/Payable using Yardi/Windows software.

THROUGHOUT the entire time, there has been only one Broker, one Property Manager, and one Maintenance Director. Other key staff positions have been held by the same people for as long as eight years. Premiere has grown steadily through the years and now has eight full-time employees. We take pride that our team works together and stays together.

PREMIERE Property Services is a family-held corporation with President and Broker Marie Swigard at the lead. Her husband, Ed Parents, serves as Property Manager and director of leasing, as well as overseeing renovations and property upgrades.

MARIE and her husband began managing their own income properties in 1973. They have both been licensed in real estate since 1987. Through continuing education and training, Marie and Ed have acquired the skills needed to manage multi-family properties, Home Owner Associations, Condominium Associations, Cooperatives, and Commercial Real Estate.

PREMIERE Property Services' management and support now consists of approximately 500 multi-family and single family units and approximately 25 Homeowner Associations. Our commercial list includes over 30,000 square feet of Class A space. Our residential vacancy rate is among the lowest in the market area, thanks to an aggressive policy of preparing and presenting only clean and orderly units for lease. Premiere Property Services' focus is to manage wisely so the owner is please with the value and income of the property and the resident is proud of their home.
